Our next hero is Rima Nurmukhanbetova

She has been working for Amal Bio orchard for over 3 years.

- Previously, I worked for 10 years as a supervisor at the Libella Bottlers factory. A little more than 3 years ago, for certain reasons, my family and I moved to the village of Zhanaturmys. And the same year, in 2017, I started working for Amal Bio orchard as contractor, which I am very happy about, - says Rima Nurmukhanbetova.

Moving from city to village is an experience that might be taken differently by different people. But Rima did not despair.

- Before getting a job here, it was very difficult. I was afraid that I could not find a job in the village, because I only worked in the city before. But as soon as I started working, I realized that I can handle it. I am proud to work for Amal Bio. This is our second home.

- Is your work far from home?

- Everyday I commute to work through 2 villages, the distance is decent, probably about 10 kilometers. But I enjoy it, and the reason is our team. And our managers are good too. There are seven women working with me, and we all know how to ride Hercules, drive tractors and motorcycles. It is quite an unconventional job for us here. And we are pleased to be the part of Amal Bio team.

- What is your work schedule?

- The working day starts at 8 am and lasts until 5 pm. Since now it is the apple tree pruning season, we work 6 days a week. We need to finish early with the pruning. Clock is ticking ...
