At first, I started here as a temporary worker during planting of apple trees,- Nurgul Kairbekova began her story. - And for almost 2 years now, I have been working officially as a full-time employee. I like it, the job here is different. Each stage of my job is different from the other, and each stage has its own challenges. But every job is challenging in its own way. We work the way we were taught.

I’ll probably repeat myself, but if everyone is talking about it, then it must be true;) - I like the team here - the people who work here, I like to communicate with them. Our managers are also good. And most importantly, the salary is paid on time, without any delays.

Don`t you want to work in the city, why did you choose Amal Bio?

- In fact, it is much more convenient and profitable for me to work in my native village, not far from my family, than to go to work in the city. Since commuting to the city takes a long time, you can only get tired of the road itself. And here we have a special bus for workers, we work until five, about half past six, at six, I'm already home and can already take care of my household chores. Isn't it great?!

Nurgul, can you tell us more about your daily job?

- I drive special equipment, a platform. With it we can cut off the tops of the apple tree, inaccessible to people from the ground, collect apples from these tops, and also open and close the net that covers the top of the tree.

Now, as my colleagues said earlier, apple trees are being pruned. Ongoing tree pruning is very important. This process has its own specifics. When to grow an apple tree, when to prune it, when to renew it. You need to understand that caring for an apple tree is really a lot of work, a hard work.

What do you think about Amal Bio products?

- Among the Amal Bio apples, my favorites are Fuji, Golden and Granny. Each apple has its own typical sweetness and sourness. For example, Fuji apples are delicious, they have a super mild and when stored, it is juicy even in winter. Golden apples are soft with a thin skin. This is one variety you want to eat. And I like Granny because of its sourness. They are crisp and a little tart.

I like my job very much. Since the spring of last year, I have been photographing and saving every stage of our work as a keepsake. It's nice to see what your work turns into. For me it has become a kind of hobby;)

In addition to apples, we have experience in growing cherries and peaches.

- In the end, I would like to note that for 2 years now, after the general harvest of apples, the company is organizing a Saban Toy - a harvest festival for all employees. I would like to thank the Amal Bio management for the appreciation of our work. I am very happy to work in such an environment, - concluded Nurgul Kairbekova.
