Traditionally, the beginning of the harvest season for apples is considered to be the second half of August

Amal Bio Orchard this summer was not an exception. To date, there are over 50 tons of apples collected, while the total expected volume should reach 450 tons. Harvesting began with the Royal Gala apples and will continue with such varieties as Golden Delicious, Granny Smith, Jonaprince, Fuji, Breburn, Mairac, Orly Red, Red Delicious and Idared until the end of October.

Work on the harvest in the orchard made entirely by hand, all the company's employees are specially trained. Fruit after their picking will fall to the store, where they will be stored until late spring.

September 2015 will be for the company's first vegetables harvest season. In spring of this year the orchard was planted, where the total area of 40 ha grow potatoes, radish, cabbage, pumpkin, and experimental varieties of melons and watermelons.

Already in the middle of autumn all vegetables and fruits will be on the shelves of Almaty stores.
